There is no charge to have your monthly mortgage payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. To set up this free service, please call the Homeowner Solution Center and speak with an agent at 866.660.5804.

Pay Online > back to top
This service is available to make an electronic debit directly from your checking account. You can click here to make a onetime payment or set up ACH reoccurring payments.  Online payments made on weekends, holidays, or after 5 PM PST on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. Payments will be reflected on your account within 24-48 hours of payment.

Mail your personal check, cashier's check or money order with your monthly statement coupon in the envelope provided. If you do not have your payment coupon, please write your loan number on your check.  See below for both payment mailing and overnight addresses.

Additional Payments > back to top
Additional payments can be submitted by mail towards loan principal or towards your escrow account. Some loans may contain a prepayment charge clause and additional principal payments may incur a prepayment charge. If you are unsure, please review your loan documents or call the Homeowner Solution Center at 866.660.5804.
